micro1 is looking for Passport Acceptance Agents to help evaluate and improve AI systems on passport topics. - Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on new applications, renewals, and replacements, including forms, fees, and processing options.
- Cover identity and citizenship documents, photo requirements, and applications for minors in your rubrics.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
- Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

- 1+ years helping the public with passport applications
