How we check listings

Every role on AI Global Work comes from a platform's own public listing. We check every source once a day, keep only what the platform publishes, and label anything we can't confirm.

Where roles come from

We read the public job boards of 11 platforms: Mercor, micro1, Alignerr, xAI, Scale AI, Terac, G2i, Handshake AI, Anyone AI, 10x Team, HumanSignal. We don't accept listings from anyone else, and we don't write or edit job terms.

How often we check

Every source is checked daily at 06:00 UTC. A role that a platform stops listing is marked closed the same day and taken out of our lists, search results and sitemap. If a platform's board is down, we keep its roles as they were rather than wipe them. Each role page shows the date we last checked it.

Who can apply: countries

Each role gets one of three labels:

  • Named countries: the platform's listing names the countries, or its own data does.
  • Open worldwide: the listing says so in words such as “global” or “worldwide”.
  • Countries not confirmed: the listing only says “Remote”, or names a region or a preference. We never treat “Remote” as “anywhere”.

A country a listing says it “prefers” is not treated as a rule. Language and country are separate: a French role is not limited to France unless the listing says so. Filtering by country shows roles that name your country plus roles open worldwide.

Pay

We show pay exactly as the platform lists it, with its unit: per hour, per task, a fixed fee, or per year. When a listing's number says hourly but its text says “per approved task”, we use the per-task unit. Hourly medians use the midpoint of each listed range, include only hourly roles, and say how many roles they cover. Listed pay is not a promise of earnings.

Listing types

  • Role: a specific opening for AI training work.
  • Always-open talent pool: a listing the platform keeps open to build a pool of candidates, or one still open 90 or more days after it was posted. Applying puts you in the pool; it is not a single fresh opening.
  • Paid study: a one-off paid task, such as contributing photos or recordings.
  • Staff job: a platform hiring its own employees (for example operations or sales). These are not AI training work, so they are left out of our counts and lists.

Platform-wide terms

Some facts, like how a platform pays in general, describe the platform rather than one role. We label these “platform-wide”. The role's own posting and contract always come first.

Never pay to apply

Real AI training platforms don't charge applicants. If anyone asks you to pay for a role, a test or training to get work, don't pay, and tell us.

Corrections

If a role is closed, the pay or countries are wrong, or a guide has a mistake, email globalwork@revlift.co. Every role page also has a “Report expired or inaccurate” link. We fix confirmed errors and update the page's checked date.

Money and independence

Some Apply links are referral links. Referrals never change which roles we show, their order, or their pay. How we earn · About us
