About the Role
Mercor is partnering with a leading technology organization to recruit experienced Radio Frequency (RF) and Electromagnetic (EM) Engineering Experts for a short-term project. Experts will apply their hands-on industry experience to analyze and solve complex problems involving RF systems, electromagnetics, antennas, propagation, and related engineering applications.
What You'll Do
- Solve complex technical problems involving RF and electromagnetic engineering.
- Analyze RF/EM systems, components, antennas, circuits, and architectures.
- Apply electromagnetic theory, RF principles, and engineering methodologies to real-world scenarios.
- Analyze technical specifications, system requirements, simulation results, and engineering data.
- Evaluate design trade-offs, performance limitations, calculations, assumptions, and proposed solutions.
- Review and validate technical approaches and results, providing technically rigorous solutions and explanations.
- Follow project-specific technical guidelines and evaluation criteria.
