Real Estate Agent - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week - Remote
10x Team keeps this listing open to build a pool of candidates. Applying puts you in the pool; it is not a single fresh opening.
Freelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK)
Are you an experienced real estate professional who instinctively spots gaps in real estate reasoning and understands the complex realities of property advisory work? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies real estate expertise at scale.
About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable real estate professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered real estate systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, regulations, and practical aspects of real estate work
- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. real estate consultant, client, investor, property manager)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true real estate reasoning, authentic market analysis, and practical advisory procedures. Rather than conducting traditional real estate work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about real estate processes at scale.
