Go-To-Market Lead - AI Trainer - Freelance - 8-20 hrs/week - Remote
10x Team keeps this listing open to build a pool of candidates. Applying puts you in the pool; it is not a single fresh opening.
Freelance | 8–20 hrs/week | Remote (EU/UK)
Are you an experienced go-to-market strategist who instinctively spots gaps in business strategy and understands the complex realities of GTM execution? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies go-to-market expertise at scale.
About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable go-to-market strategists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered GTM and business development systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to go-to-market planning, strategy development, execution, and practical aspects of GTM work
- Evaluate AI responses for strategic soundness, practicality, and compliance with real-world expectations
- Draft realistic GTM scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. GTM strategist, sales leader, marketer, client, or business decision-maker)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated GTM content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic GTM reasoning, business strategies, and practical go-to-market processes. Rather than conducting traditional GTM work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about GTM processes at scale.
