Are you an experienced business development professional who instinctively spots gaps in strategy and recognizes the nuances of building AI-powered products? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or freelance work? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies business development expertise at scale.
About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking knowledgeable business development specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered business and sales systems.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and commercial strategy
- Evaluate AI responses for practical relevance, clarity, and compliance with real-world standards
- Draft realistic business development scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. business development manager, client, stakeholder, or executive)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated business content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated business development content, ensuring it reflects authentic commercial reasoning, strategic approaches, and practical sales processes. Rather than conducting traditional business development tasks, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about commercial practices at scale.
